Detoxification and The Liver

The liver is a hardworked organ that metabolizes substances and breaks down toxins then excretes out of the body as we called detoxification. We should realize that our livers’ detoxification systems are easily overloaded because of our new modern lifestyles. Thousands of chemicals are added to food and over 700 have been identified in drinking water.

Why our liver has to do the hardworked detoxification?

Insecticides and herbicides are widely used in farming all over the world. The injections of potent hormones, antibiotics and drugs are applied to control animal diseases and promote faster in the slaughtered meat industries. Seafoods have been extended longer freshness by formalin. Frozen meat and seafood, ready to cooked food, microwaved TV dinners, canned food, processed food and etc. are commercial manufactured into supermarkets as many of the delicate nutrients and vitamins are reduced. In contrast many of chemical toxins are increased by the production and longer duration.

Even though the regulatory levels set by authorities in most countries provide some control over residues but these are not end all. There are none of guarantee that all farmers will be abided by these laws 100% because still many of poor farming and manufacturing also human negligence cause harmful affects to a lot of people’s healths.
Human body need healthy liver to break down or detox the chemicals which have crept into our environment. By the updated records show the figure more than 50 % of people over 50 years old be affected by “ fatty liver”.

Liver dysfunction and sidetrack of medicines are able to cause people unintentional weight. Many people have consumed medicines for treating symptoms of diseases for a long time. So the excession of weight is not resulted from the over calories in all cases.
In the fact that , most of us have the wrong diets, excessive of smoking, alcohol and stimulants intake even the medicines of diseases curing in long period can cause adverse reaction to the liver. We may not think about how hard our livers work to deal with all these toxins and we should not forget to take care of our bodies for longer happy lives.

Functions of the liver
Releasing bile stored in the gallbladder in order to process fats digestion.
• Converting glycogen into glucose again to provide energy required for the body.
(Glycogen is a form of glucose that is stored in the liver and to be converted
as body needed.)
• Liver plays important role in metabolism of protein and fats.
• The vitamin A,D,B12,K and folate are stored in liver then the blood clotting
factors can be synthesized.
• Many substances : drugs, chemicals, metabolic waste and ammonia are broke
down and detoxified then transformed into the next excretion process by the liver.

The liver works quite similar to a filter or sieve. If we examine a liver in the microscope, we can see rows of cells separated by spaces. These make the liver to be filter or sieve like. As soon as The blood stream flow through the liver filter, it removes the toxic matters such as dead cells, chemicals, microorganisms, drugs and particular debris out of the blood
stream. The cells of the liver filter are known as Kupffer cells which digest and break down toxins from the blood stream.
The microorganisms are wide ranges such as bacteria, fungi, viruses and parasites in our bloodstream. All these are got into our blood stream by consumption of contaminated food and water. These are the causes of chronic infections and poor health.
In order to help liver from overload work of removing all the infectious microorganisms from blood stream, that interesting ways to do is Detoxification.

Fasting is a natural extreme as some people feel that it is really hard for them. This way provides new pleasant lives to some but also dull, depressed and sick lives to many people.

The most important start is to have the regularly hygiene consumption. We have to achieve our new pattern of daily healthy diets. A suggestion method widely used is the 100% natural fiber mixtures. In nowadays, this method becomes a suitable solution for our hurried working lives. It can provide daily removing out of body waste products by a natural non medicine dependency.

Another important thing that you keep your intestines moving regularly and sweeping their walls with effective high fibres. This easy method is such wonderful that eliminate the waste toxic matters inside the walls of intestines then get rid away out of our bodies by anus. If these excess toxic matters are accumulated inside the bowels for a long period, they are causes of many unexpected diseases which can bring tragedy to us.

It is only the liver that can purify the blood stream and we only have one liver
From the above information and suggestion, you will be able to maintain your liver filter to be unoverload, clean and healthy for your whole life.

Liver Dysfunction
The liver works inefficiently and be overloaded with toxins and sluggish. This is a situation, we called as “ Liver Dysfunction” which is different from liver disease. For the routine blood test, we still unable to find any abnormal. It is much more common to liver disease but also be a forrunner to the liver disease. The doctors declare that there is 1 from every 3 persons who has a dysfunction liver. Only a slight level is also able to bring negative impacts on immune and body energy level.

Some people have been suffered with the symptoms and signs of a dysfunction liver for years without any significant recognition of the treating by the doctor. They are provided only partial curing by increasing doses of drugs such as antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medication, immune-suppressants, pain killers, cholesterol reducing drugs and etc. Inevitably, these symptoms are getting deteriorated because of the ignorance of major cause which is the inefficient work of overload liver or “ liver dysfunction”.

Liver has been considered to be the most important organ in human body by the Chinese doctors for a long time. They called the liver as “ the General of the Army”, this means that the liver is a so strategic organ of helpful providing the efficiency functions to other body organs.
