· Breads - corn breads, all white flour products, all white breads

· Pasta - large pasta shapes, thick
· Snacks - pretzels, rice cakes, corn chips, popcorn, potato chips
· Alcohol - all liquor except red wine, liqueurs, beer

· 10 glasses of pure water a day
